Menu Options

The dough will be kneaded using a KitchenAid mixer, ensuring the perfect texture and consistency for your bread.


Sakura Anpan (Seasonal Special: March–April Only):Bake a soft, sweet bun filled with sakura-an (cherry blossom-flavored bean paste) and topped with a salted cherry blossom. A special seasonal treat for spring!

Shokupan: Learn how to make soft, fluffy Japanese milk bread with a perfect balance of sweetness and texture.

 

Melonpan: Make a sweet, crunchy-topped bread with a soft crumb, a popular treat in Japan.

 

Anpan: Bake a soft, sweet bun filled with red bean paste, a classic Japanese snack.

 

Yaki Currypan: Learn how to make a baked, crispy bread filled with savory Japanese curry for a delicious, hearty snack.

Class Fee

JPY 20,000 per person

  • You can choose two types of bread from the options above. For an additional fee of JPY 15,000, you can select up to three types.
  • If you make more than one kind of bread, you will start by mixing the ingredients for one kind of bread and dividing the dough for the rest.
  • The One-day Class is not a private lesson, so other students may join the session. If you prefer a private lesson, an additional fee of 5,000 yen will be required.
  • We will provide you with the recipe, so you can bake it at home. Please kindly agree not to share the recipe on social media, distribute it to others, or use it for commercial purposes.

Cancelation Policy 

Cancellation by the Participant

  • Cancellations made at least 3 days before the class will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 2 days before or later and no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Important: Refunds are subject to exchange rate fluctuations and transaction fees.

Rescheduling

  • If you need to change your class date, please contact us at least 3 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellation by the Organizer

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness or emergencies, we may have to cancel or reschedule the class. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

  • Please inform us via email (beijaflor0425@gmail.com) as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your class.

Please register at least three days before your preferred date.

Lesson Time: 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM (The ending time may vary.)
